Pain left side under ribs?

Question by [♥]: Pain left side under ribs?
When I breath in and out I get pain on the left hand side under ribs?

Before it used to be once in a while.. a sharp pain when i breathed in deeply, and it felt like something near my heart would pop, but now its just a pain, not a sharp one.. but a pain everytime i breathe.

Also I NEVER exercise.. could that be why?

if this pain has continued for a long time (days or weeks) you should contact a doctor. Have you had a fall or other injury to that area?
Exercise is good. Exercise gently and see if the pain increases or goes away.

pain in left arm with a huge knot?

Question by Karissa K: pain in left arm with a huge knot?
My mom just came to me telling me her left arm has been hurting and last night before getting into bed she noticed a huge knot. It’s on her inner arm (inner elbow i guess) or the crease of her arm.

-what is this?
-should she go to the doctor or ER?
-could she be fixing to have a heart attack?

PLEASE answer this question i cant find anything on the internet about it..

thanks. :)
God Bless.

Is rib pain normal with a cold?

Question by : Is rib pain normal with a cold?
I have what feels like bronchitis. I’m dizzy and fatigued. My throat and chest hurt when I cough. I have a lot of flem. No fever, no runny nose, no sneezing. My ribs and lower back hurt especially when I take a deep breath. I would like to know if the rib/lower back pain is normal or common? Or should I seek immediate help? I am a smoker. Thanks.

Q&A: I have Precordial Catch Syndrome?

Question by : I have Precordial Catch Syndrome?
I just found out I had this and can anyone give me information if I need surgery or medication for it? Anything pls and thx

Best answer:

Answer by Ella Nikki
No, there is no cure, but it is not a dangerous disease. It only causes sharp chest pains and the cause is unknown. There is no need to worry about surgery or meds because it’s not dangerous and should not interfere with day to day activities and there is no reason for medication. The chest pain will most likely occur during inactivity or lying down, so get active! Once the pain starts, breathing deeply and moving will intensify it, but if you inhale deeply, there may be a popping or ripping sensation that will result in the ending of the pain. Hope this helps!
