Its been so long since I have taken these things that I can’t remember the side effects I experienced last. I just started this pack today, I have a headache and feel extremely tired, I also have slight numbness and weakness in my left arm. I have paged my doctor and I just want some suggestions as I am waiting for him to call back.

they may be unrelated and he may have an infection. is it warm, are there track marks moving up the arm? If not then I don’t think anyone can tell you. go to the doctor to rule out about a gabillion possible diseases.

In the past couple weeks I have been having random pain and numbness in my left arm. its not tingly but it feels like my arm is asleep like when it hurts. I won’t be doing anything that cuts of circulation.
I’m 18 years old, I’ve never had any problems with this before till now and I’m pregnant. I don’t know if any of this has anything to do with it but can someone tell me what it could be?

I like to know what is cause of the symptom. I had polio in my childhood and it resulted in paralysis of my left arm for over 3 months. It was acupuncture that saved my arm. But I wonder whether the numbness is related to that experience.

A deficiency in vitamin B12 will produce symptoms such as numbing and tingling and prickling sensations in the outer extremities ie ~ hands and feet, arms and legs, fatigue and exhaustion, chest pains and heart palpitations, dizzy spells, fainting and loss of balance,excessive sweating, excessive urination and dry mouth, nausea and vomiting, headaches and migraines, depression, insomnia and constipation, irritability and moodiness and an inability to think clearly ….Quite scary actually if you don’t realise the vitamin factor.

If you’ve been under a lot of stress lately this will cause the loss of your precious B complex of vitamins.

Eat more foods rich in vitamin B12 ie: organ meats such as lambs fry and kidneys, skimmed milks and cheeses, fish and eggs.

My mother had numbness in her left arm and chest pain. The hospital EKG, blood test and stress test were all normal. They sent her home in 2 days. Now, today, her arm is going numb again. SHe is seeing the doctor today. What could this be? These seem like classic heart attack symptoms.
